His Promise Ministry is a Christ-centered nonprofit serving orphaned and special-needs children of all ages across Mexico and California through mission trips, outreach, pastoral care, and faith-driven ministries — because every child deserves to know the love of Jesus.
Our journey didn't start with perfection — it started with redemption. Through brokenness and healing, God brought us together — now husband and wife — to serve the most vulnerable, one child at a time.

Saved by grace and transformed by Christ, Katherine's life is a living testimony of God's redemption. The Lord healed her brokenness and placed a deep calling on her heart — to help children know they are seen, loved, and held by His promise. She holds a Master's in Counseling Ministry and is certified in DIRFloortime, a playful, relationship-centered approach to child development. Within His Promise Ministry, Katherine offers pastoral and spiritual care rooted in God's Word, meeting each child with gentleness, compassion, and the hope of Christ. Her experience is enhanced with trauma-informed and DIRFloortime training to serve children with special needs — deepening the heart she brings to ministry. She designs tailored programs for special-needs children of all ages, serves orphaned children in Mexico, and leads a women's Bible study, meeting each soul right where they are. Through His Promise Ministry, she fulfills the calling God placed on her heart: to ensure every child knows they are loved, seen, and held by His promise.
Alex's walk with Christ is a testimony of God's faithfulness through every season. As the father of a special-needs child, the Lord taught him patience, dependence on God, and the beauty of trusting in His plan. He holds a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering, and when he was ready to set aside his creative gifts, God redirected them toward a greater purpose. As the leader of His Promise Ministry, Alex sets its foundation and vision — building, organizing, and strengthening the work while keeping the family anchored in Christ. Living out Proverbs 3:5-6, he trusts in the Lord with all his heart, using every gift God gave him to serve children, support mission work, and fulfill His promise to the fatherless.

As one family serving one Body of Christ, we use the unique gifts God has given each of us to come alongside special-needs children of all ages and their families — bringing His healing, hope, and belonging to those the world overlooks, and pointing every heart back to Him.
Alex — the leader who sets the foundation and vision for this ministry, keeping our family anchored in Christ.
Katherine — sits with the children: pastoral and spiritual care, DIRFloortime, and the hands-on skills God has grown in her.
Buddy — creates the special-needs programs and the playful games that make the learning come alive.
